General Terms of Use of the Site, Related General Rules, and Legal Responsibilities
It is recommended to read the User Agreement, which includes the following terms, rules, and legal responsibilities, before using mevlanacocuktesettur.com. By using the site and filling out the form with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

In the following written cases, the site management may prevent a member’s use of the site and reserves its legal rights against persons involved in the following actions:
1.a. Recording of false, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions that are not in accordance with general moral rules, and information contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the site content.
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages arising from sharing the user names, passwords, and other usage rights, with third parties or organizations (used by persons other than the user). Similarly, the User cannot use personal information of others such as IP addresses, email addresses, and usernames in the online environment, nor can they access or use other users’ private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal obligations that may arise from such use.
1.d. Use of software that threatens the security of the site, obstructs the operation of the site and the software used, actions taken to carry out such activities, and the acquisition, deletion, or modification of information.

Responsibilities
3a. The information of users visiting sehzadegiyim.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service. This information, adhering to confidentiality terms, is shared with companies we cooperate with for advertising, etc., to expand and improve content. The aim here is to enhance the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop sehzadegiyim.com.
3.b. After filling in the necessary sections for registration and confirming their email address, sehzadegiyim.com users can start using the site by entering their email address and password, subject to the conditions stated in this agreement.
3.c. While benefiting from the services of sehzadegiyim.com, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, Decrees Law concerning the Protection of Brand and Patent Rights, legal regulations, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislative provisions, and any announcements and notifications published by sehzadegiyim.com concerning its services. The User bears all legal, criminal, and financial responsibilities that may arise from the use contrary to these notifications and laws.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations stated in this agreement or the general rules announced on the sehzadegiyim.com site, their access to sehzadegiyim.com can be temporarily or permanently blocked by mevlanacocuktesettur.com and/or their account can be closed.
3.e. The User cannot engage in actions that prevent or complicate the use of mevlanacocuktesettur.com by other users and visitors, cannot overload or lock servers or databases with automatic programs. They cannot engage in cheating attempts. If they do, they accept that their membership will be terminated and they will bear all legal and criminal responsibilities that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The User cannot remove or erase Copyright, Trademark, and all types of notices under the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law from any material copied or printed from sehzadegiyim.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through mevlanacocuktesettur.com.com. The user who ends their membership will have their site access rights canceled. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. Relationships between site users or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section can be specified in certain areas of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.o The User accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number, etc.) they will use for purchases on the site is correct and they are responsible for any legal and criminal liabilities arising from them.
Notification Addresses
7.a. sehzadegiyim.com does not initially request postal addresses from its users. However, the email address provided by the user to sehzadegiyim.com is considered as the legal address for all types of notifications related to this agreement.
7.b. Parties accept that requests made to old emails will be valid and considered as made to them unless they inform the other party in writing of changes in their current emails within 3 (three) days.
7.c. Any notification made by mevlanacocuktesettur.com using the user’s registered email address will be considered to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by sehzadegiyim.com.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the articles in this participation agreement and confirmed the accuracy of the information they provided about themselves.
